This is one of my family's favorite grilled onion recipes. It is very easy, and taste wonderful. The recipe includes directions for one serving. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Have charcoal grill prepared.

Ingrediants:

1 Onion (any size)
Seasoning Salt (any brand, but I prefer the Tastefully Simple brand)
Steak sauce (Dale's Sodium-free is our favorite)
Aluminum Foil

Directions:

1. Cut ends off the onion in order to make it flat on both sides.
2. With a serving spoon, carve a hole in middle of one of the flat ends to a depth of 1/2 of the onion.
3. Pour steak sauce into the hole, to the top of the onion.
4. Sprinkle seasoning salt over top of onion.
5. Place onion in the center of aluminum foil. Fold all 4 corners of up to a point, like a teepee, and press together.
6. Place on grill for about 30-45 minutes, or until onion is cooked to desired tendernes.
7. Take off grill. Unwrap onion & place on plate.

ENJOY!!
